The Tabio loyalty programme is completely digital, so there are no cards to add to your wallet.
All you have to do is give your name when you shop to earn points.

How do I sign up ?

In the Store with our teams
You will need to provide us with at least the following mandatory information in order to take advantage of it:
- Familly Name
- First name
- Birthday (to receive a birthday gift coupon each year)
How to access your account ?
It is necessary to configure your password. To do this, please click on the link « Forgot password ? » in the login page to access the password configuration. If you have any difficulties setting up the new password, please contact us by clicking on the blue assistant button at the bottom of the page.
It is necessary that you use the same e-mail address registered in the store.
Validity of your points
Points are valid 12 months from the date of your last purchase.
This validity is extended by 12 months each time a purchase is recorded on your account.
Your loyalty points expire without notice and without the ability to restore or transfer them if no purchase is recorded within 12 months of your last purchase.
How do I issue my discount coupon ?
Simply log into your E-SHOP account and click on the « Loyalty »button.
Your points balance will be displayed in the window. If your balance is over 100 points, you can click on the « Exchange balance » button and your coupon code will be displayed on the screen.
Your coupon will be valid 30 days after it is issued (except for some promotional coupons with a specific validity period). In order not to lose your coupon, we advise you to edit it only if you are sure you want to use it within the next 30 days.
Please note that online coupons cannot be used in our Parisian shops but only in your E-SHOP.
How do I use my coupons ?
In the store
All you have to do is let us know that you want to use your coupon. Our teams will assign the coupon to your purchase at the time of collection. Please note that your loyalty coupon cannot be combined with any other discount. Purchases redeemed with a coupon do not earn points.
Online at Tabio E-SHOP (www.tabio.fr)
In the « MY CART » page insert the coupon code in the box « Coupon code ».
You have already created a loyalty account in our stores in Paris and it is the first time you buy online ?
It is necessary that you also have an E-SHOP account with the same email address. If not, please create a new account. You can also contact our customer service to ask us to create your E-SHOP account.
Limit on the number of points per coupon
When editing coupons, it is possible to use up to 400 points maximum per coupon.
How to unsubscribe ?
To unsubscribe, simply contact us or write a message by clicking on the blue button in our online assistant at the bottom of the page.
The personal data collected within the framework of the Tabio loyalty programme are processed by Tabio France, which is responsible for their processing, and are necessary :
- For customer relationship management purposes
- To send offers, news or personalised advertising adapted to the Member's purchasing habits
- To perform statistical analyses
- For the purpose of making satisfaction surveys
The Member's personal data may be processed by the duly authorised staff of Tabio France and its service providers and subcontractors. Failure to provide the minimum required personal data will result in the customer not benefiting from the Tabio loyalty programme.
If the Member no longer wishes to receive offers from Tabio as a result of his membership of the loyalty programme, he may make a request to this effect by specifying his surname, first name, date of birth and e-mail, by simple e-mail to the following address; « Send a message to Customer Service »
Data may also be transferred to the relevant authorities at their request or in order to comply with other legal obligations.
The Member's personal information may be transferred to Tabio France's parent company (Tabio Corporation), service providers or subcontractors established in countries outside the European Union. In such cases, we ensure that the processing carried out respects a level of personal data protection corresponding to that required by the regulations.
In accordance with the French Data Protection Act of 6 January 1978 as amended and the provisions of the General Data Protection Regulation no. 2016-679 of 27 April 2016, the Member has various rights that he/she can exercise at any time :
- The Member has a right of access, a right of rectification, a right to the deletion of data concerning him/her, as well as the right to request the portability of the data he/she has provided to Tabio France.
- The Member also has the right to object at any time and without reason to the processing of his/her data as defined above.
- The Member also has the right to object on legitimate grounds to any other processing carried out on his or her data, or to request the limitation of such processing.
- The Member has the right to provide for directives concerning the fate of his/her personal data after his/her death.
- The Member may exercise his or her rights by sending a request by e-mail specifying his or her surname, first name, date of birth and e-mail, by simple e-mail to the following address « Send a message to Customer Service »
Modifications to the general conditions of membership of the loyalty programme
Tabio France reserves the right to modify at any time the present general conditions of membership, and in particular the scale of accumulation of points and the nature of the loyalty rewards. The latest updated version will be available at www.tabio.fr.
Tabio France reserves the right to terminate this programme at any time.
